fluoroplastic fluoroplastic is a material made of high-strength glass cloth coated with fluororesin, the same material used for coating frying pans.
Taking advantage of its high heat resistance and releasing ability that prevent things from sticking, it is used as an industrial release sheet or a reusable cook sheet.
In addition, by changing the type of fluoroplastic used for coating, it can also be used as a roofing membrane for large stadiums. Because fluoroplastic has excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays and changes in weather, once installed, the roofing membrane can be used for 30 years without needing to be replaced.
90% of our products, including fluoroplastic fabrics, are for industrial use.
Although fluoroplastic products are not something that ordinary people normally see, we submitted our product to this year's Tokyo Business Design Award because we would like ordinary consumers to use fluoroplastic products as well.

Features of fluoroplastic Fabric
It is a sheet-like composite material made by impregnating glass cloth or aramid cloth with fluoroplastic and baking it. It has excellent releasing ability, heat resistance, chemical resistance, electric insulation, and dimensional stability. Although it does not have the elasticity of a film, it can be easily cut with a utility knife, and it can achieve the same performance as a Teflon frying pan in a soft cloth form.
